Miss Kerri was so sweet with my grandson and very patient with him. He was very hesitant to be in the water, but Miss Kerri really engaged with him and he finally was able to get in with her. She gave me some suggestions to work on in between sessions to get him a little more acclimated to the water before his next lesson.

Our lessons with Shore Swim School have been a wonderful experience for my 4-year-old daughter. We have been swimming with Coach Celeste for two seasons when we visit down the shore. The convenience of having Coach Celeste come to us in Avalon is perfect for our complicated schedule.
She’s a great teacher and is so friendly! We love all of the songs she taught us to sing in the water. My kiddo is now a confident and enthusiastic swimmer. Celeste is amazing! with her Special Ed background and teaching ability, she was able to get our very reluctant 4 year old into the pool. After a short time, this child was having a wonderful time and learning new skills. We couldn't have asked for more!

We were fortunate to find Shore Swim School, and especially Celeste! She worked with our grandchildren (ages 3 and 5) in both group and individual lessons, as well as with our 1-year-old granddaughter and her mom.
Celeste is incredibly patient, encouraging, and always makes the lessons fun and engaging with songs and games. She gave the kids choices, built their confidence, and skillfully guided them to the next level with each session. The children absolutely adored her and looked forward to their time in the pool!

She's kind, patient, and really knows how to connect with my little guy who is fearful of the water. It's been great to watch his confidence grow in the water. Our Services

Infant/ Baby Swim (20 min)

Nurture a lifelong love for the water, together. Give your baby the gift of a confident start with our personalized 1:1 infant swim lessons.
Watch your little one build confidence and comfort in the water, one gentle splash at a time. We'll gently introduce water acclimation, essential safety skills like back floating, and playful activities to encourage natural movement and sensory exploration.
Our experienced instructor will tailor each session to your baby's unique needs and pace.
Toddler Swim (30 min)

Dive into the world of water exploration with our Learn to Swim program, designed specifically for our youngest swimmers, (4 yrs and under).
Lay the foundation for lifelong water safety with our gentle toddler swim lessons. Our experienced instructors create a secure and encouraging environment, fostering water awareness and comfort.
Fun, 30-minute play-based lessons that develop key water safety skills and sensory pool awareness.
Kids Swim (60 min)

Build your child's water safety skills with our swim-float-swim lessons (ages 4+). Prepare your child to confidently swim in deep water and enjoy a safe and worry-free summer.
Our experienced instructors combine focused swim drills and play to develop confidence and life-saving techniques, preparing them for deep water and ocean conditions.
Ideal swim foundation for water sports camps, like surfing, sailing, swim team or other aquatic adventures.
Private Groups (60 min)

Create memories with your friends or family. Perfect for groups of parents and caregivers seeking a fun shared kids camp experience or who want to host baby and me classes with their friends or family.
